Smart Suede is a recycled suede material with approximately 60% leather content, developed for more efficient use in production. It combines a natural look with a soft touch and consistent performance. Supplied in square sheets, it enables optimised cutting and reduces material waste. A practical solution, balancing aesthetics and functionality.
After a long search, Esbeco has found the right material that resembles traditional leather and suede. It feels the same and has the same natural appearance, but is made from recycled leather fibers. This pushes the boundaries in the field of design and sustainability. Smart Suede can be used excellently for a wide range of applications, from interiors and upholstery to fashion, accessories, and footwear.
